Rewards never show up for me

Platinum member. I get emails saying there are rewards.  They never exist in my account.  Haven’t seen anything since two years ago. What gives? Is this the worst reward program ever?

Hello, @Phrakk! Thanks for creating a post regarding your Xfinity Rewards concerns. It just sounds like there's an issue with viewing rewards on your particular account as this is not a known issue. May I ask what troubleshooting, if any, you've attempted so far (i.e. signing completely out of your account, clearing cache and cookies, using a different web browser, etc.)?

@XfinitySara​ this has been on going for months from different browsers, mobile/computer, etc.  cache has been cleared since for other reasons. It’s an issue with the system.  For example, I should have rewards I can redeem right now as a platinum member but don’t.
