Rewards missing
We went to sign up for rewards so we can claim peacock, since it's to be offered for long time subscribers. However, we're not being show all our years as customers. We've been double digits. Forcing people to pay more for already too high prices is ridiculous. We're definitely looking into cord cutting, now!

I understand you are having issues with your Xfinity rewards not showing all your years as customer with us. I know I would be reaching out as well. We now have given you a way to get this corrected. I am also having issues viewing my rewards. It says "we can't offer you rewards right now" also says my account isn't eligible, but I've been a customer since 2021
