Rewards Membership

So, my bill thanks me for being with Xfinity since 2015 and my rewards thank me for being with Xfinity since 2017. I'm at "Platinum" member status. Will this difference affect my rewards? If not, I'm cool with the contradiction. If I get something better with the extra two years, can someone look into this for me?

Hello @jdawg90, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I totally understand why seeing two different start dates would make you wonder how it affects your rewards. That’s a great question. The good news is that this difference won’t negatively affect your rewards status. Your Platinum tier is based on your overall tenure, and since you’re already in one of the highest tiers, you’re receiving all the benefits that come with it.  We’d still love to make sure your dates are accurate. That way, when it’s time for you to move up to the Diamond tier, you’ll advance on the correct date without any delays.
