Rewards Issue
I recently redeemed an Xfinity reward for $300 off on a Samsung smartwatch. The code expires at the end of next month. I just went into my account to purchase a watch, but can't find the code given to me and the redemption period ended 2 days ago. Is it possible to get a new code?

@user_9nczlw Thanks for adding a post. Good question on the codes. Customer service in general doesn't have any access to the codes, they're all private and only shared to customers. They're generated when redeemed, so only the receiving party knows what it is. We can escalate it to the Rewards team. They can verify if one was used, and possibly issue another redemption token. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
