Rewards issue- rewards not showing

I am a platinum member and every week my rewards are not working. 2 weeks ago, I didnt get access to the Universal tickets even though I joined at 11am, I didnt get the gamestop $10 shown to me either. I also never see the Amazon one for more than 20 min each week, and when it does finally show it is not on the membership benefits page, it shows only on the bottom of my home screen where I can preview benefits. As a platinum member, I expect that when I log in I should see the benefits on time so I dont loose out on them (first come first serve issues) and I expect to see all benefits that should be shown to platinum members.
