Rewards help please

I am to get Peacock as a reward

but never got my email to activate.  I’m unable to login without signing up for subscription.

Greetings, user_yiam09! Congratulations on your Peacock Reward! That's awesome! I apologize that the activation email has not come through but not to worry, you can visit our website to do that. 

You can activate your Peacock subscription by following these steps:

1. Visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account using your primary Xfinity ID and password.
You’ll reach our Subscription Hub, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.

2. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.

3. Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.

4. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
Note: If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.

5. You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.

When I go in to activate it says I’m not eligible but we are.  So issue has NOT been resolved.

Sorry to hear you are still having trouble with your reward. May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started? 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
