Rewards - Get $10 to Shop at GameStop -Unable to redeem

Hello i am unable to redeem the GameStop reward. When I click on claim, I get an error message: "We're sorry, it looks like this reward isn't available to you at this time." This message has been showing since Thursday, when I first tried to redeem it, and today,

Saturday its still giving the same error.
