Rewards Error: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')

My Xfinity Rewards page crashes immediately upon login. It displays the following error: "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."

Clearing my cache and changing browsers did not resolve the issue. It appears to be a database or profile rendering defect.

Please reply so we can open a private message session. I need an official representative to open an engineering ticket to fix my account profile.
