Rewards enrollment

I'm a new Xfinity customer and activated mobile and home Internet services but when I try to log into Xfinity rewards I get an error saying I'm not eligible. After reading through the requirements I'm most definitely eligible as a new customer. The Xfinity AI assistant was unable to help with this

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Types of accounts that are not eligible for Xfinity Rewards include:

  • Commercial or business.
  • Bulk.
    • Note: Customers who only receive their Xfinity services through bulk or similar accounts, agreements, or arrangements through which services are paid by a third party are not eligible to participate in the Xfinity Rewards program.
      • Customers can only be eligible if they have established individually-billed accounts by adding either TV, Internet, Voice, or Home and are purchasing required service(s) under that account.
      • Service upgrades like adding additional TV packages or internet speeds don’t qualify.
  • Prepaid.
  • Xfinity On Campus.
  • Xfinity Promoter Experience (XPE) — formerly Courtesy Services.
