Rewards email - Subject: Your reward is inside ... WHAT'S THE GIFT?

I received this email:

"Open a special surprise from Xfinity Rewards
It’s all yours.
You deserve it.
Click here to scratch and reveal your reward
Enjoy your gift, as a thanks for being an Xfinity customer. 
Redeem my reward"

When I go to the link, it's just the regular Rewards page.  What is the gift?

When following the rewards link in your email, once routed, do you then sign in to your account with your Xfinity ID and password?

 

Also, please follow this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-rewards-faq, for steps on how to redeem those Rewards and other helpful information about our Rewards program.

Yes, I sign in to my account.  There is no special surprise or gift, just the regular Rewards page.

Thanks for letting me know @user_4ipm3h! So after clicking on the Rewards tab and choosing the My Activity section, you should have the option to see All Rewards. Do you see your redeemable rewards when navigating to the My Activity page?

@user_4ipm3h, oh no, well please know that new rewards are posted regularly in the Xfinity Rewards portal, with more rewards for customers who’ve been with us the longest. I'm sure some great Rewards will be available to you soon. Please be sure to reach back out to us Publicly for any future concerns, my team is here to help!

I'm already very familiar with the Rewards program. Very poor of Xfinity to contact me, offering something special - a gift, literally - when, in actuality, I'm being offered nothing I didn't already have!
