Rewards customer service

Is there a way to talk to a person for the rewards program? I am looking for a reward that shows should be available to my Reward Tier and it doesn't show up anywhere.

I can also try to confirm what rewards are available for your tier. What level do you currently have within the Xfinity Rewards program? And what reward, if you don't mind sharing, are you looking to redeem?

Hi Sara, 

Thanks for the quick reply. We are a Platinum reward member. I read that there is a Summer of Movies with Fandango reward, where members could receive up to 2 free tickets to How to train Your Dragon and two other releases this summer. I did find the downloadable activity book, but nothing else listed for the Summer of Movies with Fandango reward but could swear I saw that Platinum members are eligible for tickets.
