this is situation im dealing wid xfinity first we are .8 years of service in xfinity but of course circumstances happen so i disconnected the service because we are going to the philippines burt i was on the period of 3 montgs qualify but they never send me the 180 rewards they sai i was not on that period i even waited for that xfinity is so much frustated they never take care of customer

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
