Rewards and streaming

I am disgusted with xfinity right now. I've had huge streaming issues and when texting with an individual about them, the person wanted to reward me with watches. At the end of the conversation, after I'd already given him my activation code, I said no I didn't want to do it. I knew there was a catch as I was reading about it as he was doing it. I did not want the watches. I told him I did not want the watches. I ended up getting charged and I'm getting the watches. Pull up the transcript and you will SEE I did NOT authorize it. Now I have to receive them and return them and you have to try and undo this mess. Furthermore, my streaming issues have been such that every single night we have problems. I can't seem to get an individual on the phone. I have to keep trouble shooting it with Xfinity assist. I will  be researching changing steaming and mobile services as soon as I get this mess resolved. The gentleman I spoke to today was quite lovely, but he didn't know a whole lot. It sounds like there isn't an easy fix with the watch thing. Who in heavens name needs 4 watches!! I have a perfectly good one that I got last year from you. It is simply a scam to get us to keep committing to two years. I've been with you forever. Don't want to be anymore.

I am dealing with an issue about watches that were sent to me without my permission and now are on my bill every month. I have been dealing with this for over a month. I have been on hold multiple times for hours at a time. No resolution yet. Today someone promised to call me back and issue return labels and get these watches off my monthly bill. I have to resort to going public and claiming fraud. The gentleman who sent me these watches should be charged with fraud. I’m going to report it to my AMEX card so no longer will my bills be paid until this is resolved. I cannot vote any more hours to this. It needs to be resolved immediately. There are many many chat links and DM’s. It should not be that difficult somebody in a supervisory position needs to handle this now. I have been a customer of Xfinity for over 15 years. That will change
