Rewards - Amazon Reward says zero balance
Hi everyone,
I managed to redeem the Amazon book reward this morning. When I went to the shelf and entered the code xfinity gave me, it says there is a 0.00 balance.
I don't think I've seen this before. Any ideas?

Good afternoon user_uucofv I am happy to assist you further. I do have a question to better understand the situation though. When you are entering the code, is this a check out screen? Or where is it that you are seeing a $0 balance?
