Reward Tenure Not Accurate

I've been with Comcast (with no interruption) since 2009, however, my rewards tier only shows since 2019 due to a move.  How do I get this fixed?  Thanks.

We have actually given you now a way to get this corrected. I have a link for you to visit, xfinity.com/support/rewards . We walk you through the steps. If you have any issues we can certainly help. Would you be able to check the link and steps and let me know an update?

Ok, I submitted a ticket that includes my prior address and prior Comcast account number.... told me to wait 7 days... well see....
