reward movie has not arrived (again)

"It's a very Merry Muppet Christmas..." was claimed on December 23, 2023. It is supposed to show up in "purchases" after two hours of claiming. It's several days later now and it has not been received, even though the system shows it as claimed.

I received an email that it has been claimed and instructions on how to view it.  Still, no movie.

When will it be actually received?

This cycle of the system saying "claimed" movie rewards have been done but no movie actually being rewarded and sent to "purchases" seems to be an ongoing problem.

Over the past three years, I have claimed 11 movies, but only four have actually made it through, to appear in my Purchases.  Chats have been established, emails have been sent, problem tickets have been issued, but there have been few resolutions. With email coming from you that the problems have been solved and case closed, even though the problem of not receiving the "claimed" movie reward continues.  

This year, two out of five "claimed" movie rewards have made it into my account. Why does this problem continue?

I did as advised. But there has been no reply from customer service.  --Also, I happened to notice that a year ago I sent a similar message to Direct Reply about not receiving Top Gun.  Again, no reply to me.
