Reward debit card expired

I have received a reward debit card with 100 dollars. I forgot about it and never used it. It’s now expired.  I did see lots of posts of this issue in this forum. Could you please help me to get a new reward card please?  Thanks

Hi there, @user_58xe3r! You are at the right place for assistance with the card. We can put in a ticket to have the card reissued. It takes a few days for the ticket to be resolved and then up to 14 days to get the new card. 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
