I was a customer at China Express a few moments ago, when I witnessed one of your managers from Xfinity, very rudely speak to one of the workers there! She was calling her names and was just plane out rude and unprofessional! The lady working behind the counter was talking with another employee about the huge order your employee made, and said that it should have been called in a head of time, as they are quite busy, out if human decency and respect, I agree, such a large order for a small business should indeed be called in a head of time. The names your employee was calling her was mind blowing and she needs to remember she is the face of Xfinity! A couple customers walked out asking for a refund because they had to wait so long, due to the rudeness of your employee! She was a woman if color, in a managers position! Shame on you ma'am
