Review

I am in a bulk community account.  I have called so many times to try and upgrade service.  Each time the robot sends me to the website which sends me back to the phone.  It’s a death circle.  After I finally reach someone on the phone, they transferred my 5 times because none of them could work with a bulk account.  They claimed to transfer me to the “bulk department” which was the same story over and over like Groundhog Day.  If I wanted to subscribe to every service and pay double, it would be impossible.  I have never experienced a company so unwilling to sell me a service.
