Review or customize your plan anytime stuck

Trying to interact with the xfinity web portal and nothing works, i want to change my plan because my monthly price keeps going up and my service quality keeps going down. I keep getting stuck on the

"Review or customize your plan anytime"

i guess now or on my time isn't "Any time"

i have tried to change plans on multiple devices, in incognito mode, after clearing my browser cache etc. 

The Att website works for me so i guess its time to switch again?

This sounds like a frustrating experience @user_8b3776. Although not common, have seen a few customers run into problems changing plans online. The usual cause is landline phone or a specific product associated with that customers account (modem, premier channel, complex agreements). Let's take a look together and get this sorted out for you. Our team is awesome at finding the best package plans for our customers.
