Review new order linked to my account

Hello, I am planning to move to a new place, so I submitted an order with the new address and linked it to my Xfinity ID. I want to actually cancel the new order, but I can not see it anywhere, and there's no confirmation email.

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.
