Reverse DNS (PTR) Record

I run a small business from my home (residential service).  My IP address is currently listed on the uceprotect.net blacklist due to the absence of a PTR record. This is affecting my business email deliverability and causing other issues. I've tried talking to advanced technical support a couple of times, and been bounced around on the phone to multiple departments. So far, to no avail.

How can I setup a ticket, or similar, to get the reverse DNS (PTR) record setup for my IP address that maps to my domain? I have been told this is possible through Xfinity.
