Reverse DNS Issue: PTR record missing

Xfinity is my ISP in both Colorado and Florida.

A Reverse DNS Lookup on the IP address assigned to my Colorado Gateway works fine.

However, the Reverse DNS Lookup on the IP address assigned to my Florida Gateway fails (No Domain found).

How do I request Xfinity to setup the PTR record for the IP address assigned to my Florida Gateway?

Thanks in advance,

Hello @user_wvpgzz We'd be happy to get that request started for you. If you could please send us a direct message with your full name and the Florida service address we will get that taken care of.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I sent the request to have a PTR record created for my Florida IP address via "direct messaging" as instructed.

To date, I have not had a response to my "direct message".  I tried the Reverse DNS Lookup again to check and it is still failing.
