Returning Xfinity Wifi Extender

Hello,

I no longer require the xfi pod, the xfinity store would to accept it when i returned my xfinity pro equipment and told me to fill in the details here -->  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/return-exchange-xfi-pods

I'm not due a refund or anything since it was provided as part of the xfinity pro plan that i was on at the time, however it's been over 3 weeks (July 13th) since i filled in the form and way beyond the 24-48 horus quoted. Can some one please assist me so i can return this equipment to you.

Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_l9zllx Customers who remove Xfinity Pro are required to return their Pro WiFi Extender to avoid being charged the unreturned equipment fee. Additional WiFi Extenders that have been issued through the WiFi health check experience are customer-owned and there is no charge associated with these devices. Customer must return Pro WiFi Extender to Xfinity Retail Store/UPS location to avoid unreturned equipment fees. Are you able to visit the Digital Return Center (xfinity.com/returns) where you can select the devices to return? Then could you print the UPS return label and walk it into one of their locations?
