Returning xfinity mobile phone without return label

I have been trying to return this iPhone from  xfinity for about 4 months .The agents have made me run around so much because they cannot generate a return label for my phone because of contract which was deactivated .No does anyone know how I can return this phone and get rid of my headache and depression that this devise issue has caused me .x finity customer service agents are useless.so I do not know how else to send it back to them without a return label.Even their shop won't take it back so help please

This is definitely not how we want any of our valuable customers to feel. I apologize for the issues trying to generate a return label. Due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited however, we can get a ticket submitted to help with getting your return label. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
