Returning router

Hi, I’m trying to return my router but when I try and click devices to return on the return page, nothing is coming up. I’ve been trying to do this for DAYS. I don’t want to be charged extra.

Now we do have a contract with UPS, please go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment, and you can learn more about the ways to return it via UPS.
