Returning old device
I have been trying to return my old WiFi gateway equipment for a couple of months. Since I am about 1-1/2 hours away from the nearest drop-off location, I want to ship it. I've tried numerous times to get a shipping label through the Xfinity website, but it keeps saying that it is not available at this time. For 2 months. How do I return my device?
