Hello, I need to return my internet box, I do not want to get charged. Is it too late to return the box to the closes xfinity store. Can I still return my internet box.
user_78jcaz Thanks for taking a moment to create a post. You can certainly return equipment like your leased gateway to a local Xfinity Store. Once it has been returned, it would be removed from the account, and applicable monthly charges, or (if the account is already closed) unreturned equipment charges would be removed as well.
