@user_5rhcth Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Great question! Normally, when we need equipment to be returned, we only need the TV Boxes or in this case the Flex Box to be returned. We normally advise that remotes can be retained since they are handled often it is more of a sanitary concern as to why we don't ask for them back.
