Returning equipments
I’ve been in a moving process and forgot to return some items and I’ve noticed that it has affected my credit score and has been sent to collections. My Question is, can I return the equipment even if I’m missing some items ? and also if I can, would that help with my credit score and collections

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your equipment return. What items would be missing? Once equipment is returned to us if you have a balance only because of equipment fees then a letter would be sent through to the credit reporting agencies stating that your debt had been removed/cleared or paid in full depending.
