Returning Equipment
I need to return my Flex Box, but when I go to Devices, I don't see the device I want to return. It doesn't show up, so I can't click continue. When I do click continue it says "Please select a device". How can I select a device when it doesn't show up?

We have a ton of convenient ways to complete your return, and this Hyperlink can take you through all of them. It's odd that you're not seeing the Flex box show up though. Let's look into this a bit more and confirm that device on your account. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
