returning equipment that is infested
Im planning on moving in a few months so ive decided to not continue using xfinity once the contract ends in a couple months. So, I’d have to return the rental equipment but in the past couple months, we suddenly had a pest infestation which has spread all over including the rental equipment. Now, i dont know if theyd accept my return or if i would have to pay out if pocket for an unconvience. please help!!

I'm so sorry to hear you've had to deal with an infestation over the past few months, I know that can be a very stressful situation. We appreciate you coming to us with this inquiry though. When the time comes, you can reach back out to us here or just send us a DM with your information and we can work with you to see if we can get the equipment damaged out to avoid the costs. While we appreciate you trying to return the equipment, we wouldn't want any of the "new inhabitants" populating any receiving facility that the equipment may be sent to.
