Returning equipment that Comcast Xfinity erroneously sent to me via FedEX
I have some equipment that I didn't order but was shipped to my address with the incorrect name. I'd like to return it and the last time I was able to chat with a liver person, the person said that they scheduled a pickup trip with FedEX for this past Monday but they didn't show up.
Can someone help me get in touch with someone to get this return picked up? If I don't get any help I will destroy the piece of equipment.
