Returning equipment issues.

I can't print a label to return my modem because it is not showing up on my account.

Hey @user_b447fb You can visit the Digital Returns Center for more information on your return. If you are not able to see your device when logged in, simply visit your local UPS Store (This service is not available at other UPS locations or Authorized Shippers.)

 

They will scan your device and provide a receipt for your records.
