Returning equipment- challenges with customer service and IT

I moved to a state that does not have Xfinity and have been trying for weeks to return my equipment. I am constantly getting messages from Xfinity telling me to make the return, but there are no Xfinity stores near me. Whenever I try to print the label so that I can ship the equipment back, the site says that I don’t have anything to return and will not let me proceed (even though I’m following the link in the text messages I have been receiving which state that I have equipment to return). I have tried using the chat feature, but it continues to send me to the same page that tells me there is no equipment to return. I call Xfinity a couple of times to see if I could get assistance. My calls always get passed from one person to the next and no one has been able to tell me how to get the shipping information. I genuinely don’t know what else to do at this point. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone.

If this is monitored by anyone from Xfinity, could you please advise on how I can return the equipment

Hello user_1wvhoq thanks so much for taking the time out of your day and reaching us here on our Xfinity Forums! Returning Xfinity equipment can be done via any UPS retailer near you, and a return label normally available via our Xfinity Return Center is not needed when using this method.
