Returning Equipment (Cable Boxes)

Can I go to any Xfinity store to return 3 X1 cable boxes. My mom is no longer living in the home in Philly (nursing home) can I take back cable boxes to say a New Jersey Xfinity store? or do I have to go to Philly area store? Thanks

tstack You can return our equipment to the nearest store no problem. You don't need to go to the one nearest to where they were ordered from as we know customers move from time to time. Any of our store locations can take the equipment returns for you at anytime.
