Returning Cable Box

I need to return a cable box, but it is not listed in my devices. I live nowhere near an Xfinity Store or UPS Store. How do I print a UPS label for this?

It sounds like you have gone to the return website based on the information you provided, but aren't seeing the equipment to return: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment. 

 

I did have question: When you are going to look for the equipment to be returned, are you logging in with the primary Xfinity ID? Based on user roles assigned to Xfinity IDs some information and actions may be limited: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts.

I only have one Xfinity ID and that's the one I'm using.

Yes. It's the only username.  I've returned equipment before.  The devices were always listed.

Please send us a direct message, @user_20e940, with your full name and complete service address included to begin. For future reference, you should also be able to schedule a pickup of your Xfinity equipment by a UPS team member to have it returned that way, if you are unable to visit a local store location.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

Hello @user_a8prn1. We have 3 ways to return our equipment anytime you like, you can drop off at any service center or UPS store, and you can log into your account at xfinity.com/returns to print off a shipping label if you have a box handy to have UPS come pick it up. Feel free to use any of these methods when you are ready to return a device.
