Returned my ipad to Xfinity Store. Still getting charged 2 months later.

I talked to CS, they said I have to go back to the store to check because there's no record of it being returned. I go to the store, the manager says it's a new store now, they have all new crew members and it was "misinformation" from the online agents that I had to go back to the store.

Anyone else dealt with this [Edited: inflammatory]? I am on the phone right now and they better cancel my charges.

What's the chances one of the employees just stole it?
