Returned Modem Still Showing on Account
I returned my modem at an Xfinity store yesterday, but the device is still listed on my account. I read that it should be removed immediately. I also have a receipt from the representative who assisted me, but it doesn’t appear to reflect my return.

Thanks for reaching out to us. it can take 24 to 72 hours after it's scanned for the modem to come off of your account.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
