Returned equipment

So I got my starter kit and had inactive equipment to send back well I sent it back and got an email confirmation that it was received but the equipment was sent back out to me and now I'm being charged again for the equiptment? Am I missing something? I would like this resolved as this is through no fault of my own lol

Sooo can I get some assistance with this? Or are we just cool with charging people with returned equipment that we "accidently" sent back to our customers?
