Returned equipment no receipt given
I just returned my equipment today after I cancelled my account and the lady working at the retail location who accepted my equipment was very rude and would not provide a receipt for the return.
The Comcast phone rep who handled the cancellation told me to get a receipt. Also the Comcast Xfinity website says they are supposed to provide me with a receipt. I am ready to call the attorney general's office for my state and file a consumer complaint.
After being with Xfinity/Comcast for 7 years.... certainly not the way to retain my business in the future
