Returned equipment charges

I canceled my Xfinity plan last month, and I was supposed to receive a $38 refund for unused services during my monthly contract period. However, I was unable to return the equipment until a few weeks later. I was told the unreturned equipment charges would be removed from my account once I returned it. This did not happen, though. When I returned it I continued to receive several notifications that I needed to return it and/or pay a charge. An Xfinity representative tried to clear it and assured me I would stop being notified and I would be refunded. But I continued to be bothered until I finally was so fed up that I paid the charges. I will not be using Xfinity in the future because they stole $50 from me.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
