Returned box still on Devices list
Hello. I had one of my original tv boxes, S/N unknown, go bad back in October (?). After contacting customer service and working through testing I was sent a new box to replace the defective box. The new box was a simple DTA box, PAX502546694, which was incorrect for my account. I needed an X1 style box. Another customer service agent confirmed I was sent the wrong box and sent another (correct) box, PAK811490799, which is in use today. Both the PAK811..DTA box and the PAK811... box came with return UPS labels. I boxed up the DTA box in one return box and the original bad box in another return box, affixed the UPS return labels, and dropped them at a local UPS store here. Apparently you received my bad box but the DTA box still shows up on my account and I'm still paying for it. I dropped box boxes off at the UPS store on the same day at the same time so if you received one you should have received the other. A prior CSR promised me this issue was taken care of, perhaps on ticket 052167955? I still see the DTA box, labeled "TV1" on my account. How do we get this resolved so I'm not paying for equipment I returned to you? Thanks
