Return your modem/router

I need to return your router/modem but it is not listed on the return page how can I print a label for the device if there is no device to select?

You can always take it to your nearest UPS store for return.  Make sure you get a receipt showing the serial number and description of the modem.

Hello. We offer the option to take the equipment to any Xfinity store location or UPS store location free of charge for return. UPS and our stores will not require a return label, so you'll just need to bring the equipment by and UPS will box up and ship back for free as they're partnered with us.
