Return xfinity devices

I closed my account recently and want to return my Xfinity devices to avoid being charged. I don't see any devices listed on my account under https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns/new so I am not sure which devices I am even expected to return. I am also not able to see a direct messaging option on here to DM Xfinity Support as mentioned in may other support threads.

I would really appreciate a pickup/UPS drop off solution since returning in an Xfinity adds time and cost on my end.

This whole experience is very frustrating.

Greetings user_6xrlz0.

We would love to help get this sorted out. The return process is pretty straight forward. You would put the equipment being returned into its original box or any at–home cardboard box that fits your equipment. Note that only the device, remote, and power cord need to be returned. There is no need to return HDMI, Ethernet, or cable wires. Ensure the device is securely placed in the box and add any additional padding (newspaper, cardboard, etc.), if necessary. Drop the package off anywhere UPS shipments are accepted.

    • Find the nearest drop–off location here.

user_6xrlz0 I can easily check the status from our end, you should be seeing the various devices on the list and selectable to list for return to generate the label.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
