Return xFi Pods

Hi,


I have filled out the form to return the xFi Pods several times and not received a response. Also, I called the 1 800 xfinity a couple of times and was told to drop the Pods off at a store. But the store did not take them back because I had ordered them online. How can I send them back?

Normally, once you've completed the form, you'll receive an email confirmation with the next steps on how to return the equipment, as well as details on how your refund or hardware warranty replacement will be processed. Did you ever receive that email after filling out the form?

Hi,

thank you for your message. I would like to return them because they don't help with my wifi coverage and I am within the 30 day return window. I never received an email after filling out the form multiple times a couple of weeks ago.
