Return wifi rquipment - Urgent
I have been trying to return my Wifi equipment. There are no UPS stores in my area, and when I try to print a shipping label I get a message that says "please select equipment" but there is no equipment listed or anything to select. How can I print a shipping label? I need to get this issue resolved within the next week, please help.

Hello, @user_bc750e. If there isn't a UPS store near you, you can drop off the equipment at an Xfinity store and don't need a return label. You can find the nearest store to you here: https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
