Return Wifi Router

Hello,

I am infuriated at how difficult it is to return my router. I live too far from a xfinity store to return it and when I try to use the UPS option I get this error:

Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now

Your equipment details are unavailable at this time. Please check back later to see if you're eligible for a device update.

I have tried for 5 days in a row. The live chat and phone support are beyond useless in this issue. I tried to find other posts but couldn't find anything. I had better not be charged for this.

user_41u9pi Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble returning equipment. Do you have a local UPS Store that you could bring the equipment to by chance? They will pack and ship it back to our warehouse without any cost.
