return video doorbell

i was told by xfinity to go to xfinity/returns to do paperwork to return the video doorbell  and then take it to 415 NE Cedar St. camas, wa 98607, they are suppose to be a local store that does business with xfinity, however, my computer shows nothing at that address accepting return items for xfinity. nor does the video show on the devices page so that i can do the paper work, i can't scan the QR code on the package that the video doorbell came in. i have no transportation to go to a xfinity store elsewhere

Good morning @user_y0mkbb  you can return an Xfinity camera or video doorbell to an Xfinity Retail Store within 30 days of the purchase date. To start your return, visit xfinity.com/returns and follow the on–screen instructions according to the device you wish to return. 

Once you have your return label printed, you can bring your return to a local Xfinity Retail store. Here is a link to our store locator
