Hello, @user_vhqc87! Thank you for creating a post regarding your equipment return question. Most likely, you will need to return this device, but please allow me to ask a couple of clarifying questions first. Is this a modem that you originally picked up from an Xfinity Store or had one of our technicians install for you? Or did you move into a location that already had a modem installed? Why are you needing to return it, did you receive a newer model or are you disconnecting the account?
